Your weekly space to release emotions, connect to your body, and find calm- together with a group of supportive women.

Sessions will have weekly theses such as
Finding calm,
Inner peace,

Each session will move through moments of stillness, somatic moves and free dance. We will use breath and affirmations to ground each theme.

My Story

I’m Florence, for most of my life, I was the shy one.

Quiet. Polite. Good at school.
The girl who didn’t cause trouble.
The woman who swallowed how she felt to keep the peace.

My parents had angel cards and I would always get this doom feeling when I picked “authentic”. I had no idea who I was, let alone how to express myself.

I didn’t speak up in relationships.
I swallowed anger, sadness, confusion, trying to be chilled, easy-going, likeable.

The truth?

I ended up being the forgotten one, the one not invited.
The one who felt invisible, even in rooms full of people, struggling to really connect.

My body was what made me change.

My periods so painful I would pass out, my PMS totally overwhelming.
My body was demanding attention and I didn’t yet know how to listen.

The only place I ever felt truly myself was when I danced.

I danced at raves when I was young and on club floors as I got older.
When I danced, the anxiety I held inside finally had somewhere to go.

Dance was the first place I didn’t have to explain myself.
The first place my emotions were allowed to move, the first place I felt fully authentic.

When I stopped drinking, I found ecstatic dance. Then 5 Rhythms. Then somatic movement.

And everything changed.

When my godmother died, I danced with my grief.
When relationships ended, I danced with the pain.
When rage felt too much, I moved it, shouted it, released it.
When overwhelm took over, I let my body lead me back to calm.

Dance became my healer and my way back to my body.

As women, we are holding so much.
And I kept hearing the same thing, again and again:

“I just wish I could be emotional.”
“I wish I could let it all out without being judged.”
“I don’t want to be fixed or analysed, I just want somewhere safe to release.”

That’s why this space exists.

It’s for the woman who is holding everything together and is exhausted from keeping it in.
For the woman whose body is asking for release.
For the woman who doesn’t need another technique, but a place to be fully, messily, authentically herself.

You don’t need to be less emotional. You just need somewhere safe to release

What people are saying

FAQs

Is this only for PMS or premenstrual work?

The work is especially supportive during the premenstrual phase, but many women use this space to process emotions at any point in their cycle. You’re welcome to join whenever it feels supportive.

Is this therapy or trauma work

No. This is not therapy, counselling, or trauma processing.
This is a nervous-system-led somatic movement space focused on emotional release and regulation, not analysis or diagnosis.
You are always invited to move within your own capacity and choice.

What if releasing emotions feels overwhelming or unsafe for me?

Everything in this space is guided gently and slowly.
We focus on building safety in the body first, so emotions can move without flooding or overwhelm.
I recommend starting with the gentle practices and working up to the high intensity ones.
You are always in control of how much you participate.

Do I need any experience with somatic movement or dance?

Not at all. There is no choreography, no right way to move, and nothing to “get right.” This is about listening to your body and moving in a way that feels natural and supportive for you.

Will this heal my premenstrual moods

Somatic movement can be a powerful support for premenstrual moods by helping you reconnect with your body and better understand your physical and emotional needs during this phase. However, it is one part of my wider PMS solution method, and long-term healing usually requires personalised 1:1 work.

I’ve tried meditation and breathwork and struggled will this be different?

Yes. This space is perfect for women who find stillness difficult. Instead of asking you to calm down, we support the body to release what it’s holding, so calm can arise naturally afterwards.
