Hi, I’m Florence
From the age of 16 I suffered with severe period pain that would make me pass out.
I had an irregular cycles, gut issues, awful mood swings & energy dips that used to leave me either hangry or literally crying at the tiniest thing because I was so overwhelmed.
It wasn’t till I found nutritional therapy, spend 4 years training, many hours self experimenting that it all changed.
I had energy, I could focus, my gut healing, my cycles were regular & my mood stable.
I was blown away by how my life transformed

Suddenly I found myself spending HOURS planning, shopping & cooking three nourishing meals a day, and I saw the same problem in my clients.
They felt great but struggled to keep up with the cooking & organising.
This is when I started batch cooking & meal planning.

FAQs
Will I need to give up certain foods?
No, this is about adding in true nourishment not a restrictive diet.
Most recipes will be gluten free with dairy free options.
I am vegan, will this suit me?
The focus of the recipes are nutrient dense hormone balancing foods & this includes animal products. There will be some vegan recipes but meal plans will include animal products. There will be vegetarian options.
How much time will I need to keep up with the calls?
The point is to SAVE you time. All call are optional and if you just use the meal plans and recipes you can save yourself hours of planning& cooking time.
What if I can’t make a live call?
All calls are recorded & put in the nourishing library
