What if I am vegetarian?
I will work with whatever your specific desires are and have resources available for vegetarian and animal based. In some cases I may advocate for animal products if I feel it would be beneficial - however it is important to me that you do what feels right for you and I have complete respect for that.
What is different about this- that I can’t learn on my own?
You can absolutely learn a lot on your own. But the truth is, if information alone was enough, you’d already be feeling better. What results can I expect in 12-weeks?
What got us to this situation will be unique to each of us and how long it takes to rebalance and have a completly symptom free cycle will be different for each person.
